Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY 

You can return or exchange products in a number of different circumstances including if a product does not comply with a statutory guarantee contained in the Australian Consumer Law. Please see our website Terms and Conditions for further details.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns for change of mind. We will however refund your purchase if the product does not comply with a statutory guarantee contained in the Australian Consumer Law. 

Refunds will be provided in the below unlikely events*: (*an unlikely event/s may include, but are not limited to):

  • Damage in transit
  • Receipt of the incorrect product 
  • Receipt of a defective product 

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any of the above reasons and wish to return it for refund, please email your request to info@optimanutricosmetics.com.au. Please include within your email:

  • The product batch number
  • Expiration date 
  • Proof of purchase

You may also be requested to provide:

  • Photographs of the product if it has been damaged in transit 
  • The defective or damaged product to be returned to us by return post for further investigation

We must receive returned product(s) within 30 days of your order together with a copy of your sales invoice/order confirmation. Please ensure you email us first, as per the above, before you decide to ship products back to us.
