2 x scoops OPTY.NC Ultimate
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (if you don't have chocolate protein powder add a heaped teaspoon of cacao powder to your smoothie)
1 tablespoon of your favourite nut butter
½ banana (fresh or frozen)
¼ cup oats
Oat milk (or other plant milk)
Blend ingredients together and enjoy.
